Saturday 30 May 2020 was day 30 of my 1 month 1 hour/day #meditation #challenge. I started my 1 hour meditation at 5:35 or 5:36 pm. I did the med. in my bedroom, and I didn’t look at a clock or timer even once during the meditation. 😃

 
Friday 29 May 2020 was day 29 of my 1 month 1 hour/day #meditation #challenge. I started my 1 hour meditation at 5:24 pm and didn’t look at a clock or timer during the entire meditation 😃.

 
Thursday 28 May 2020 was day 28 of my 1 month 1 hour/day #meditation #challenge. I started my 1 hour meditation at 10:54 pm. For much of the meditation, it felt like I was in a unique state of being half dreaming and half conscious. I didn't look at a clock / timer this med.

 
Wednesday 27 May 2020 was day 27 of my 1 month 1 hour/day #meditation #challenge. I started my 1 hour meditation at 4:49 pm. I looked at my phone 2 or 3 times to check the time left. It wasn’t perfect, but for me, it was better than how I used to meditate.

 
Monday 25 May 2020 was day 25 of my 1 month 1 hour/day #meditation #challenge. I did much better today than the previous 2 days. I started meditating for 1 hour at 2:49 pm in my office, and also did stretching in the office.

 
Sunday 24 May 2020 was day 24 of my 1 month 1 hour/day #meditation #challenge. I was busy this day, and didn’t plan well. Unfortunately, I didn’t meditate today 😔. I don't remember what I was doing that day. This was the first time in nearly 2 months that I skipped a meditation

 
Friday 22 May 2020 was day 22 of my 1 month 1 hour/day #meditation #challenge. I started #meditating for 1 hour this day starting around 2:50 am, technically the following day. I stayed up late, but I allowed this because I hadn’t gone to bed yet. I should have meditated earlier.

21 May 2020 was day 21 of my 1 month 1 hour/day #meditation #challenge. I started #meditating for 1 hour this day at 10:59 pm or 11:00 pm. Although this is late, for me it has been good because I'm slowly improving my sleep cycle and thus meditating earlier. #dailymeditation

Yesterday, 2020-05-04, was day 4 of my 1 month 1 hour / day #meditation #challenge. I started my 1 hour meditation at 7:35 pm and then soon after did 2 minutes of #visualization. My meditation was a bit late today. I think it's better to meditate in the morning or afternoon.

2 days ago, 2020-05-03, was day 3 of my 1 month 1 hour / day #meditation #challenge. I started my 1 hour meditation at 2:29 pm. A few minutes later I did 2 minutes of #visualization. As I get more practice, meditation is getting a lot easier for me.

Esperanto was invented to be easy to learn so people from different countries could understand each other. Computer languages like Python and Lua were invented to help humans give instructions to computers. Toki Pona was invented to see how simple a language could be.
